Terms of Service

Welcome to Jerbz. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Jerbz SaaS platform (provided by Chillaxitude Media LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are procuring Jerbz on behalf of an enterprise entity via the Google Cloud Marketplace, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

1. Subscription and Entitlements

Jerbz is licensed on a subscription basis. For integrations routed through the Google Cloud Marketplace:

1:1 Account Mapping: Jerbz links one Google Cloud Billing Account to one Firebase Authentication identity. Plans purchased under GCM are subject to a "One entitlement per account" limit.
Fulfillment Approval: Subscription activation requires the successful completion of the onboarding token handshake using the Google Partner Procurement API.
GCP Marketplace Terms: All billing, invoicing, committed spend credits, and disbursement flows are governed by your Google Cloud Marketplace customer agreement.

2. Permitted Use and License

Chillaxitude Media LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Jerbz dashboard and tools during your active subscription. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass any API token checks, client attestation safeguards (Firebase App Check), or subscription middleware.

3. Service Level and Support SLA

We strive to maintain high availability. Support request resolution and ticketing SLAs correspond to the customer's selected pricing tier (Starter, Plus, Premium, or Enterprise). Detailed response time expectations are outlined in our Customer Support Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jerbz is provided "as is" and "as available". Chillaxitude Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
