At Jerbz (operated by Chillaxitude Media LLC), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal and organizational information when you access or use the Jerbz SaaS platform, including listings purchased via the Google Cloud Marketplace.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to deliver, manage, and secure our services, including:

Identity and Contact Data: Name, business email address, company name, and Google Cloud Procurement Account ID.
Authentication and Account Data: Firebase Authentication records (including OIDC user identifiers).
SaaS Metric and Performance Data: Values, durations, names, and estimates of jobs you record in our service to compute your analytics dashboard.
Usage Data: Technical logs, client attestation flags (via Firebase App Check), and browser metadata.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data to:

Fulfill your subscription contract under Google Cloud Marketplace terms.
Expose metric analysis charts (such as Quote Gaps and Material Leakage reports).
Automate customer support ticketing and respond to feedback via our AI Support mechanisms.
Monitor application safety and prevent unauthorized API calls or client-side tampering.

3. Infrastructure and Third Parties

Jerbz operates 100% on the Google Cloud Platform. Data is stored securely in GCP Cloud Firestore and assets are processed via Firebase and Google API servers. We do not sell or lease your database logs to third parties. We share data only with:

Google Cloud Marketplace Services: To approve, cancel, or modify billing entitlements.
Internal AI Processing (Vertex AI / Gemini): To compile on-demand text classification and summaries without storing models outside our tenant space.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your subscription and dashboard records as long as your account remains active. Upon GCM cancellation or account deletion requests, your data is deleted from active Firestore instances in accordance with GCP regulatory cycles.
